Quebec Regroupment of independent real estate broker (RCIIQ) was created to support business development of each members by the bias of a flexible regrouping structure allowing independent brokers to benefit of a group advantages.

Anxious to increase public recognition of independent real estate brokers near the consumers and determined to improve benefits of such a regrouping, Quebec Regroupment of independent real estate brokers (RCIIQ) : is involved to :

• Support the radiance of independent broker member and increase his visibility and his punlic recognition;

• Continue service and products development according to the market trends;
• Promote and develop professional counselor role in real estate broking (real estate values), that implies a real comprehension of the public needs, a council approach and a range of integrated professional services;
• Support public representation work of Quebec Association of independent real estate brokers (ACIIQ) in order to establish and reinforce independent broker statute as a professional career in real estate broking while recalling to in place authorities, of his/her presence.
